Bathroom heating follows room presence and the central operating setting. The circulator responds to combined demand.

The heat pump responds to heating and hot-water demand, with monitoring of the buffer tank and two hot-water cylinders.

Shared corridor and staircase lighting responds to motion and switches off automatically.

Indoor and outdoor night lighting follows daylight conditions and schedules.
